Peanut Butter Breakfast Recipes

New Delhi, Jan 24 (IANSlife) – Peanut butter has evolved from being just a spread to a popular lifestyle choice and a household favorite in India. This nutty delight, inspired by Western culture, has become an essential part of active Indian families. Including peanut butter in your daily diet, especially in your breakfast, can be a wholesome choice as it provides vital nutrients, dietary fiber, and good fats like monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFAs) beneficial for health.

Breakfast is widely hailed as the most important meal of the day, and starting your morning with a delightful spread of creamy and crunchy peanut butter can be a great choice. Dr. Shweta Rastogi, Clinical dietitian and lifestyle medicine consultant, suggests that using peanut butter without added refined sugar is more beneficial; opting for peanut butter with jaggery can be a healthier option. There are several peanut butter variants available, including peanut butter with real chocolate, crunchy, and creamy peanut butter, to make your morning meal even more delicious.

For those observing National Peanut Butter Day, here are some protein-rich breakfast recipes featuring peanut butter that you can try:
