Amanda Kloots, a familiar face from CBS Daytime’s The Talk, is set to guest star on The Bold & The Beautiful alongside her real-life son, Elvis Cordero. The episodes featuring Kloots and her son are scheduled to air on Wednesday, Feb. 21, and Thursday, Feb. 22. Kloots, who expressed her excitement on Instagram, described the opportunity as a surreal dream job day, having grown up watching soaps with her mom.
Prior to her appearance on the soap opera, Kloots, a former Rockette, has showcased her talents on Broadway in productions such as Follies, Young Frankenstein, and Bullets Over Broadway. Additionally, she is known for her role as a co-host on The Talk and has made appearances in other CBS shows, including The Neighborhood. Her marriage to actor Nick Cordero, who tragically passed away due to COVID-19 complications in 2020, resulted in the birth of their son, Elvis, in 2019.
During her stint on The Bold & The Beautiful, Kloots and her son will portray the characters Lucy and Danny, respectively, alongside Jacqueline MacInnes Wood and Sophia Paras as Steffy and Kelly. As teased in the show’s preview, the playdate between Danny and Kelly does not go as smoothly as their moms had hoped, promising drama for viewers.
