Homeland Security Investigations raided the Los Angeles home of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs in connection with a federal sex trafficking investigation. The federal raid also extended to the music mogul’s Miami home. The investigation involved Homeland Security Investigations New York, HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and local law enforcement partners.
SkyFOX footage showed federal agents investigating Combs’ LA home, registered to Bad Boys Films, a division of Bad Boy Entertainment, along with one of Combs’ daughters. Several individuals were seen coming out of the home and subsequently detained.
Homeland Security expert Hal Kempfer stated that the agency is likely looking into allegations of drugging young women and is investigating potential crimes committed in multiple states. Investigators were searching for evidence such as laptops and flash drives to connect Combs with the allegations. The involvement of state and local attorneys in obtaining the search warrant was also highlighted.
Los Angeles Police Department investigators were present at the scene but declined to comment. Doug Wigdor, a lawyer for Cassie Ventura and one of Diddy’s accusers, expressed support for law enforcement’s efforts to hold Mr. Combs responsible for his alleged conduct.
Allegations against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs surfaced last year when R&B singer Cassie filed a lawsuit detailing years of alleged abuse during their relationship. The lawsuit was followed by additional accusations from two other women. The developments have sparked ongoing legal and law enforcement actions against the music mogul.
