Located at 117 106th Avenue Northeast, the West Main project features three distinct towers, with the north and south towers standing at 17 stories each, complemented by a central 16-story tower. The development is designed around a common podium and thru-block, boasting approximately 34,000 square feet of retail space.

Thanks to expert landscape design by GGN, the development offers a smooth transition from downtown Bellevue’s retail hub to the charming old town area at street level.
