Through his Cincy Hat initiative, Karras has raised an impressive $1.3 million in revenue, with half of the proceeds being reinvested into the Village of Merici.
The funds generated by the Cincy Hat initiative have played a crucial role in the organization’s expansion plans, including the construction of 37 condos and a new development in Carmel, featuring 40 apartment units and support services. The Village currently serves hundreds of adults with developmental disabilities and has a waitlist of 300 people seeking its services.
