Target has been confirmed as the anchor tenant for the upcoming Lake Nona West lifestyle shopping center developed by Tavistock. The retail powerhouse is set to occupy a 150,000-square-foot space within the 405,000-square-foot project located on the north side of Lake Nona Boulevard near Boggy Creek Road.

Target’s decision to lease a space in Lake Nona comes as no surprise to experts, considering the lack of a store in southeast Orlando, the Lake Nona region, or the rapidly growing St. Cloud area.
