Standing May Not Boost Heart Health, Study Reveals
Recent research published in the International Journal of Epidemiology reveals that standing more may not significantly improve heart health as previously thought. The study, which analyzed data from over 83,000 adults, found no direct link between increased standing and reduced cardiovascular disease risk. In fact, prolonged standing could elevate the risk of circulatory issues. Health experts now recommend incorporating movement throughout the day for better cardiovascular health.
