Sonic Boom Advisory Issued for SpaceX Launch from Vandenberg Space Force Base

A sonic boom advisory has been issued for the upcoming SpaceX launch from Vandenberg Space Force Base on Tuesday. The Falcon 9 launch, part of the ESA EarthCARE mission, is expected to cause sonic booms in the area and neighboring counties as the first stage returns to Vandenberg. SpaceX has a backup launch opportunity on Wednesday if needed. Watch the live webcast on X starting 15 minutes before liftoff. This will be SpaceX’s 18th mission from Vandenberg this year.
