Surge Ventures acquires Kovair Software and launches an enterprise integration platform for the wealth management industry. Sid Yenamandra, the Founder, CEO and Managing Partner of Surge Ventures, will take over as CEO of Kovair, with the company’s previous CEO, Bipin Shah, remaining on the Kovair board of directors. The acquisition aims to provide enhanced data-first capabilities and simplify complex integrations for wealth management professionals.
