Babar Azam, leading Peshawar Zalmi in the 2024 season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), made history during Zalmi’s first match of the PSL 2024 against the Quetta Gladiators by becoming the first player to score 3000+ runs in PSL history. Despite his record-breaking feat, Zalmi suffered a 16-run loss against the Gladiators in the match.
