Kim Kardashian Faces Lawsuit Over Alleged False Claim of Donald Judd Furniture

Kim Kardashian is facing a lawsuit for allegedly falsely claiming that her office furniture was designed by minimalist artist Donald Judd. The lawsuit, filed by the nonprofit foundation representing Judd’s legacy, also named Clements Design, the company that produced the tables and chairs resembling Judd’s designs. The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, accuses Kardashian and Clements Design of trademark and copyright infringement.
