Disfrutar in Barcelona has been named the best restaurant in the world by the World’s 50 Best organization, known for its avant-garde menu and unique dishes like ‘Fear: The Prawn’ and the signature panchino. Spain’s culinary dominance was further highlighted with three of the top five restaurants on the list hailing from the country, including Asador Etxebarri and Diverxo. The awards ceremony took place at the Encore Theatre in Wynn Las Vegas, with New York’s Atomix making a splash at number six on the list.
