Nintendo Switch emulator Yuzu to give up without a fight

Nintendo has won a lawsuit against the developers of the Yuzu Nintendo Switch emulator, resulting in the developers agreeing to pay $2.4 million and cease all work on the emulator. The emulator was accused of facilitating piracy, leading to the decision to discontinue support for both Yuzu and the Nintendo 3DS emulator Citra. The developers expressed their intention to discontinue the emulators due to the extensive piracy they enabled, stating that piracy was never their intention and should be stopped.
