Brooklyn Half Marathon Brings Road Closures to Borough
The Brooklyn Half marathon is set to take place on Saturday, May 18, with over 26,000 runners expected to participate. The 13.1-mile route will showcase iconic Brooklyn landmarks such as the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, Prospect Park, and Coney Island boardwalk. Street closures will be in effect from midnight to 10:30 a.m. for the safety of participants. Utilize the N or Q subway lines for post-race transportation as D and F trains will not be stopping at Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue.
