Conducted by a team of researchers from Silpakorn University in Nakhon Pathom, Thailand, the study examined 498 college students aged 18 to 20 years from three universities in Fujian, China. The researchers sought to understand how dietary choices, physical exercise, and lifestyle habits contribute to anxiety levels.

The study utilized a comprehensive questionnaire that assessed various factors, including the students’ physical activity levels, dietary habits, and frequency of anxiety symptoms.
