Star-Studded Audience Watches Iowa Beat UConn in NCAA Tournament Final Four

The stars were shining both on and off the court on Friday night in Cleveland as Caitlin Clark and Iowa beat Paige Bueckers and UConn, 71-69, at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. The big NCAA Tournament Final Four matchup attracted a star-studded audience, with celebrities like Kylie Kelce and Jason Sudeikis in attendance.

Kylie Kelce, the wife of ex-Eagles center Jason Kelce, was seen before the game started going to her seat before she enjoyed what was a thrilling game between the two women’s college basketball powerhouses. The official March Madness X account shared a tweet with a smile emoji with two star eyes, stating, “Everyone watches women’s sports.”

Jason Sudeikis, the “Ted Lasso” star, donned an oversized UConn Huskies jacket and even made an appearance on the ESPN 2 alternate broadcast that was hosted by WNBA legends Sue Bird and Diana Taurasi. He humorously mentioned that the jacket was intentionally large and not form-fitting, adding a light-hearted touch to the event.

Sudeikis has been a regular at Iowa games this year, showing his support for Clark at the Elite Eight in Albany when Iowa downed Angel Reese and LSU. Among the other notable attendees were women’s basketball legends Cheyl Miller, Maya Moore-Irons, and singer Darius Rucker.
