Post Malone teamed up with Blake Shelton for a special rendition of “Pour Me A Drink,” and Keith Urban joined forces with Lainey Wilson for a captivating performance of “GO HOME W U.” The evening also featured a collaboration between Gretchen Wilson and Ashley McBryde on “Redneck Woman.”
