SoCal Honda dealers are showing appreciation for local heroes by offering free gas during Memorial Day weekend. The ‘Helpful Honda’ team will be pumping free gas for veterans, active and retired military personnel, and Honda drivers as a gesture of gratitude for their service. While veterans and active military members do not need to drive a Honda to qualify, they must present a valid I.D.
According to Honda, they will be providing $15,000 worth of fuel at select gas stations in Burbank, Culver City, and Huntington Beach. The Helpful Honda team plans to surprise the first 100 qualifying drivers at each location with complimentary gas.
The schedule for free gas distribution is as follows:
- Thursday, May 23: 2616 N Glenoaks Blvd, Burbank, CA 91504 from 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
- Friday, May 24: Culver City from 10:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. (locations to be announced)
- Monday, May 27: Huntington Beach from 10 a.m.-1:30 p.m. (locations to be announced)
This initiative aims to recognize the contributions and sacrifices made by veterans and active military members, regardless of the vehicle they drive. SoCal Honda’s generous act of providing free gas serves as a token of appreciation for their dedication and service to the nation.
