Selena Gomez is ready to dive back into the wizarding world. On Friday, the 31-year-old actress and singer appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live and couldn’t help but smile as she was asked about the news of a Wizards of Waverly Place “reboot” — though she was quick to correct host Jimmy Kimmel on his wording.

“It’s not a reboot. It’s gonna be a different version, I guess,” she told Kimmel, 56, of the project, which she and David Henrie announced in January. “It’s gonna be really fun. I was excited to bring the characters back,” she continued of the revival, which will see her and Henrie, 34, reprise their roles from the Disney Channel hit show, which aired from 2007 to 2012.
