Samsung expands availability of January 2024 security update for Galaxy A34 to more countries worldwide

Last week, Samsung released the January 2024 security update to the Galaxy A34, initially limited to European countries. However, the South Korean firm has now expanded the availability of the new security update to the Galaxy A34 in more countries worldwide, including Asia.

The latest software update for the Galaxy A34 comes bearing firmware version A346EXXS5BXA3. This new update brings the January 2024 security patch and is currently rolling out in Afghanistan, Egypt, Iraq, Morocco, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, the UAE, and Tunisia. It is a minor update and fixes around 75 security-related flaws that were discovered in the previous version of Samsung’s software.

If you have a Galaxy A34 and live in any of the Asian countries listed above, you can now check for the new software update. To do that, you have to open the Settings app on your Galaxy A34 and then navigate to the ‘Software update’ section. From there, you can check for any available updates and proceed with the installation of the January 2024 security patch.
