Sabrina Impacciatore and Domhnall Gleeson to star in new comedy series in The Office universe

Sabrina Impacciatore and Domhnall Gleeson have been announced as the first two stars of a potential new comedy series in The Office universe, created by Greg Daniels and Michael Koman. The duo will join an ensemble cast for the upcoming show, with specific details about their roles being kept secret.

The project, which is not a reboot but rather a new series set in a different office with fresh characters, is still in development at The Office studio Universal Television. Daniels previously hinted at the concept of a new Office iteration that would revolve around a documentary crew exploring a different subject within the same world as the original series.

While the series details are being closely guarded, it has been confirmed that Michael Koman will serve as a co-creator alongside Greg Daniels if the show progresses further.

Impacciatore, known for her role in HBO’s The White Lotus, where she garnered critical acclaim and award nominations, is set to appear in various upcoming projects including a feature film opposite Viola Davis. On the other hand, Gleeson, who has recently collaborated with Steve Carell, will star in an Apple feature alongside John Krasinski and Natalie Portman.

With their impressive resumes and strong performances in recent projects, the addition of Sabrina Impacciatore and Domhnall Gleeson to the new comedy series has generated excitement among fans eagerly awaiting the next installment in The Office universe.
