Pokémon Spotlight Hour brings a special bonus for trainers in June 2024. The upcoming Roggenrola Spotlight Hour is scheduled for June 18th, 2024, from 6:00 to 7:00 pm local time. During this hour, trainers will enjoy a 2x XP bonus for evolving Pokémon.
Trainers participating in the Roggenrola Spotlight Hour are advised to have a Mega Pokémon ready to maximize candy gains per Roggenrola caught. This event marks the third Pokémon spotlight for June 2024, offering trainers an opportunity to evolve Pokémon in their storage before transferring them.

For trainers who may not want to catch the featured Pokémon or lack enough Roggenrola candy, utilizing the 2x Evolution XP bonus by evolving other Pokémon like Scatterbug, or opening a Mystery Box or Coin Bag for evolution, is recommended.
Trainers can also take advantage of the opportunity to evolve Pokémon caught during the Sperlunker’s Cove event. Evolving low-cost Pokémon like Geodude, Rhyhorn, and Marill, which require 25 Candy per evolution, can be a cost-effective way to gain XP during the spotlight hour.
Additionally, Boldore, a trade evolution, offers trainers the chance to evolve to Gigalith for free by mass trading Roggenrola with a friend during the spotlight hour, providing extra evolution XP.
