Exciting news for Atlus and Persona fans as a new game is set to release on the Nintendo Switch eShop next month. G-MODE Archives+ has announced the upcoming release of the Atlus 3D action RPG Persona 3 Aigis: The First Mission. However, the catch is that this game will be exclusive to Japan and will not support the English language.

The game, originally a mobile title released in 2007, centers around Aigis from Persona 3. Players will engage in 3D action RPG gameplay, battling enemies, gaining experience, and leveling up Aigis. The game also features equipment upgrades, including weapons and items with unique effects, as well as the iconic ‘Persona’ system.

The storyline of Persona 3 Aigis: The First Mission is set in 1999 at the Kirijo Ergonomics Institute in Yakushima. Players will uncover the untold past of Aigis, exploring her character in-depth. The game includes both original and main story characters, offering a rich narrative experience within the Persona universe.

While the game will only be available in Japan, fans can expect its release on the eShop on 6th June 2024. For those interested in diving into this side story of Persona 3, the game promises an engaging and immersive gameplay experience that stays true to the beloved series.

With the announcement of this new title, Atlus enthusiasts are eagerly anticipating the arrival of Persona 3 Aigis: The First Mission on the Nintendo Switch eShop. Stay tuned for more updates and information on this exciting release!
