New Orleans Pelicans vs. Sacramento Kings: NBA Western Conference Duel

The New Orleans Pelicans will face off against the Sacramento Kings in a Western Conference duel on Thursday. The Pelicans have dominated the Kings in their previous four matchups, winning all four games, including a blowout 133-100 victory on Jan. 7. However, the Pelicans will be without Brandon Ingram due to a knee injury.

The game is scheduled for 10 p.m. ET at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, Calif. According to the SportsLine consensus, the Kings are 1.5-point favorites with the over/under set at 215.5 total points.

Prior to making any picks, it’s recommended to review the NBA predictions and betting advice from the SportsLine Projection Model, which simulates every NBA game 10,000 times and has shown a strong track record of success. The model has returned over $10,000 in profit for $100 players on its top-rated NBA picks over the past five-plus seasons. It currently boasts an 83-58 record on all top-rated NBA picks this season, resulting in more than $2,200 in returns.

The model has now locked in its picks and NBA predictions for the New Orleans vs. Sacramento game. Here are the betting lines for the matchup:

  • Pelicans vs. Kings spread: Sacramento -1.5
  • Pelicans vs. Kings Over-Under: 215.5 points
  • Pelicans vs. Kings money line: Sacramento -120, New Orleans +101

Guard Trey Murphy III and center Jonas Valanciunas are highlighted as key players for the Pelicans. Murphy is a strong perimeter threat with a smooth jumper and solid defensive skills, while Valanciunas provides a powerful presence in the lane with a good scoring touch and strong rebounding ability. On the other hand, guard De’Aaron Fox is pointed out as a key player for the Kings.
