New Legend of Zelda T-Shirt Range Set to Hit Uniqlo Stores in Japan

A new range of officially licensed t-shirts based on The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is set to hit Uniqlo stores in Japan later this month, with a western release yet to be confirmed. The collection, part of Uniqlo’s UT Collection, will feature six unique designs that showcase the game’s world view, characters, and memorable scenes and lines.

While the launch date for Japan is scheduled for April 26, fans in the west are eagerly awaiting news of a release date for their region. Typically, items from the UT Collection debut in Japan before becoming available in other markets. For instance, a recent line of shirts commemorating Capcom’s 40th anniversary premiered in Japan on March 18 and will reach western Uniqlo stores on April 4.

Given the global popularity of Nintendo games and the history of video game collaborations at Uniqlo, it’s anticipated that the Tears of the Kingdom range will eventually make its way to western stores. Uniqlo has previously introduced several gaming-related lines, including collections featuring Pokemon, Final Fantasy, and Metal Gear Solid.
