The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has recently issued recalls for various products, including Kawasaki Engines, Ropeman 1 Ascenders, Biometric Gun Safes, Pet Conditioner, and Sling Carriers, due to different safety concerns.

Kawasaki Motors USA has recalled approximately 68,500 engines used in lawn and garden equipment from brands like Bad Boy Mowers, BigDog, Bobcat, Cub Cadet, Hustler, John Deere, and Kubota. The recall affects model year 2021-2023 engines such as FJ400D, FS600V, FS651V, FX691V, FX730V, FX801V, FX850V, and FXT00V.

Other recalls include Salewa USA LLC’s Wild Country Ropeman 1 Ascenders, SA Consumer Products Inc.’s Sanctuary Quick Access and Sports Afield Biometric Gun Safes, Spectrum Brands Pet LLC’s Pet Fur deShedding Conditioner, and sling carriers sold on Walmart.com by JD E Commerce America Limited.

The reasons for the recalls vary from fire and burn hazards with Kawasaki Engines to risks of injury and death with the biometric gun safes. Consumers are advised to stop using the recalled products immediately and contact the respective companies for repair, replacement, or refund options.
