Lionel Messi Finds Happiness in the United States with Inter Miami

Lionel Messi and his wife Antonela Roccuzzo have found happiness in the United States with Inter Miami after a tough time at Paris Saint-Germain. The Argentine struggled to settle in France and decided to chase the American dream with his young family, who are feeling settled in Florida.

Former Barcelona and PSG teammate Neymar revealed that he endured a nightmare in Paris, prompting Messi to walk away from the situation and become a free agent in the summer of 2023. Since then, the star has become a prominent figure in the U.S., where his every move is closely followed.

However, the Messis have embraced a more relaxed way of life in Florida, where they are surrounded by a large Spanish-speaking community. The Sunshine State has proven to be a perfect fit for the family, contributing to their happiness.

According to Gerry Cea, the owner of Prima Pasta restaurant in Miami, Messi’s smile has returned as he enjoys the city. Cea shared, “Leo is always super cool. His family has been coming for the last 12 years. He’s always so relaxed, always smiling. Never a problem. Just a very cool person. It was a release to win the Copa America and the World Cup. Leo had so much pressure inside of him all of these years. And now he’s in Miami. The Messis love summer. I was talking to Antonela, and yes they’re new here, but being close to Argentina and the summer weather in Miami…that’s why they’re happy.”

Looking ahead, Messi’s future seems bright as he continues to make a mark in the U.S. while enjoying a more serene lifestyle with his family.
