Leicester City has received positive news on the injury front, with Kasey McAteer and Dennis Praet both fit to return for the upcoming M69 derby against Coventry. The team has been dealing with a shortage of players in recent weeks, but the return of McAteer and Praet will provide a much-needed boost.
McAteer, who has been sidelined with a hamstring injury since the 2-1 win at West Brom over a month ago, is set to make his comeback. Similarly, Praet, who hasn’t featured since the victory over Rotherham just before Christmas, is also available for selection.
However, the news isn’t as positive for Jamie Vardy, who continues to be sidelined with a knee injury. While the striker is making progress, he won’t be fit in time to face the Sky Blues.
