Jake Gyllenhaal and Post Malone Team Up for Action-Packed Film ‘Road House’

Jake Gyllenhaal and Post Malone are teaming up for an exciting new project, as revealed by Prime Video. The two stars will be appearing in the upcoming film ‘Road House,’ set to be released on March 21.

Gyllenhaal, 43, took to Instagram to share a selfie with Malone, 28, from the set of the movie. The post also featured a video showing Malone with fake blood splattered on his face, hinting at intense fight sequences in the action-packed remake.

Prime Video provided a first look at Malone’s character, Carter, in the upcoming ‘Road House,’ described as a ‘high-octane, adrenaline-filled reimagining’ of the 1989 Patrick Swayze film. Directed by Doug Liman, the movie stars Gyllenhaal as Dalton, a former UFC fighter who becomes a bar bouncer at a roadhouse in the Florida Keys.

The plot thickens as Dalton and the roadhouse owner face threats from a group of men aiming to take over the property. The film also features MMA fighter Conor McGregor in his first-ever movie role.

Malone, known for his musical prowess, has been making strides in the movie industry with acting credits in films like ‘Spenser Confidential,’ ‘Wrath of Man,’ ‘Good Mythical Evening,’ and a voice role in ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem.’

This collaboration between Gyllenhaal and Malone has sparked excitement among fans, with Gyllenhaal expressing his pleasure at working with the talented musician. Malone reciprocated the sentiment with a cheerful emoji in response to Gyllenhaal’s Instagram post.
