Intel collaborates with DigitalBridge to establish new generative AI company, Articul8 AI

Intel has joined forces with DigitalBridge to establish a new generative AI company for enterprises, named Articul8 AI. The company, formed with Intel’s IP and technology, will be led by Arun Subramaniyan, the former Vice President and General Manager at Intel’s Data Center and AI Group. Articul8 aims to provide enterprise customers with a full-stack, vertically optimized, and secure GenAI software platform, driving GenAI adoption at enterprises. The company has received investments from DigitalBridge Ventures, Fin Capital, Mindset Ventures, GiantLeap Capital, and Zain Group, indicating potential for rapid GenAI adoption. Intel’s recent $3.2 billion grant for a chip facility in Israel and its plans for a $100 billion investment in a chip complex in Ohio demonstrate its commitment to expansion.

Despite a 92% rally in Intel’s share price over the past year, the average target price of $41.48 suggests a potential downside of 13.2% in the stock. This indicates a Hold consensus rating on Intel by analysts. The collaboration between Intel and DigitalBridge to establish Articul8 AI reflects the companies’ focus on driving innovation and adoption of AI technologies in the enterprise sector.
