Indiana University Offers Top 2026 Recruit Gabriel Sularski

Indiana University’s basketball program has made a significant move in recruiting by offering a spot to Gabriel Sularski, the top-ranked player in the 2026 class from Illinois. The 6-foot-6, 190-pound guard, who led Benet Academy in scoring as a sophomore, announced the offer on his X account following a visit to Bloomington for the Michigan State game. Sularski, known for his versatile inside and out scoring, averaged 14 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 2.1 assists for the Class 4A regional champions.

Playing with the Chicago-based Meanstreets program in the spring and summer on the Nike EYBL Circuit, Sularski is set to play up a year on the 17u squad. He is considered a 4-star prospect and the No. 71 overall player in the 2026 class according to the On3 Industry Average. In addition to Indiana University, Sularski has received high major offers from Illinois, Michigan, Michigan State, Missouri, Purdue, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.
