Baseball Highlights
In the Class 1A quarterfinals, Hayfield’s Nic Larsen delivered a grand slam in the second inning, while Aidan Nelson added a three-run homer in a four-run fourth, leading their team to an 8-3 victory over Goodhue. Despite a strong effort from Goodhue’s Caleb Kurtti and Hayden Holm, Hayfield emerged victorious.
