HCL Technologies Announces Partnership with Google Cloud to Empower Engineers with GenAI

HCL Technologies has announced a new partnership with Google Cloud, aiming to empower engineers and enhance industry solutions with the use of Google’s generative AI model, Gemini. This collaboration will see 25,000 engineers at HCLTech being trained on GenAI for Google Cloud, enabling them to support clients in innovating and optimizing their businesses with this advanced technology.

The Noida-based company is set to utilize Google Cloud’s GenAI technology to enhance its platforms and product offerings, with the recent launch of HCLTech AI Force, a pre-built GenAI platform that streamlines engineering lifecycle processes. The integration of Gemini’s capabilities into the AI Force platform will enable engineers to generate code automatically, address bugs more efficiently, and deliver high-quality software projects in less time.

Furthermore, HCLTech’s Cloud Native Labs and AI Labs will leverage Gemini to expand their range of industry-specific solutions, allowing clients to better manage and refine GenAI projects on Google Cloud’s infrastructure. C Vijayakumar, CEO and Managing Director of HCLTech, expressed confidence in the collaboration, emphasizing its potential to bring significant value to global enterprises through HCLTech’s innovative GenAI solutions using Google’s scalable Gemini models.
