Grey’s Anatomy star Kevin McKidd and his ex-wife Arielle Goldrath McKidd have reached a settlement in their divorce nearly 15 months after Goldrath filed for divorce in December 2022. The former couple finalized their divorce in June 2023, and PEOPLE has obtained a court filing showing that they have reached an uncontested written agreement about the separation of their property, child custody, and support.

In her original filing, Goldrath requested joint physical and legal custody of their two children, Aiden, 4, and Nava, 3, and asked the courts to restore her original name, Arielle Leigh Goldrath. McKidd, 50, and Goldrath were married for five years before announcing their separation in July. McKidd shared the news on social media, praising Goldrath for being an incredible mother to their children and expressing his hope that they could continue to raise their kids as best friends.

Since their separation, McKidd has been romantically linked to Danielle Savre, who stars in the Grey’s spinoff Station 19. The couple were first spotted together in June 2022.
