Georgia Beer Day 2024: Celebrating with Events and Exclusive Releases

Georgia Beer Day is just around the corner, and beer enthusiasts across the state are gearing up for a weekend filled with exciting events and celebrations. On March 9, 2024, breweries all over Georgia will come together to mark this special occasion, offering a variety of activities and exclusive releases to commemorate the day.

Reformation Brewery in Woodstock is set to kick off the festivities by celebrating International Women’s Day on March 8 with a Pink Boots release featuring a special Yakima hop blend. The event will also feature a women-owned vendor lineup, gin and tonic flights, and karaoke, promising a fun-filled evening for all attendees. Social Fox Brewing in Norcross will host an Irish Fest on March 9, complete with Irish music, dancing, face painting, balloon artists, and delectable food, providing a perfect way to embrace the spirit of the holiday.

Several breweries, including Tucker Brewing Company, Reformation Brewery, Round Trip Brewing Company, and Red Hare Brewing Company, among others, will participate in GA Beer Day 2024. Each location will offer a unique pint glass designed by Georgia artist Madison O’Brien, with a portion of the sales proceeds going to support the Georgia Craft Brewers Guild.

As the celebrations continue into the following week, beer enthusiasts can look forward to a range of events, including Open Mic Night at Line Creek Brewing Bus Barn on March 15 and St. Patrick’s Day celebrations at various breweries such as Hall & Hound Brewing Co in Cumming and Horned Owl Brewing in Kennesaw.

Reformation Brewery locations in Canton, Woodstock, and Smyrna will host a Golden Shamrock Hunt from March 15 to 17, offering participants the chance to win exciting prizes. Additionally, Awkward Brewing in Fayetteville will mark their Awkward Anniversary 2.5/Awkward Moments Day 1-2 on March 15 and 16, featuring new beer releases and live music.

The Suwanee American Craft Beer Fest will take place on March 16 at Town Center Park, offering attendees the opportunity to sample over 400 craft beers, enjoy live music, indulge in delectable food from food trucks, and explore offerings from local artists and vendors. A portion of the event’s proceeds will go towards supporting Cooper’s Crew, a local non-profit organization.
