Following her demise, she left behind a grieving family, including son Sean, stepdaughters Barbara Davison and Monica Lange, as well as nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Born on April 20, 1939, in Manasquan, Peters initially gained fame through her stage performances. Apart from her iconic role in General Hospital, she was recognized for her appearances in popular shows like Bonanza, The Donna Reed Show, Dr. Kildare, and The Waltons.
