Frankie Valli will graciously receive the star on behalf of the group, including keyboard player and tenor vocalist Bob Gaudio, baritone vocalist and lead guitarist Tommy DeVito, and bass guitarist and bass vocalist Nick Massi, who have all made significant contributions to the music industry.

The ceremony, scheduled for 11:30 a.m. at 6150 Hollywood Blvd., will feature entertainment executive Irving Azoff as a speaker, paying tribute to the enduring impact of Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons. The event will be livestreamed for fans and admirers to watch at walkoffame.com.
