Food Critic Keith Lee Names Atlanta Worst Food Stop of 2023

Food critic Keith Lee, known for his viral TikTok food reviews, has named Atlanta as his worst food stop of 2023. Lee, who gained fame for his honest and down-to-earth reviews, expressed his disappointment with the city’s restaurant scene.

During a year-end review, Lee shared his thoughts on the eight cities he visited during a five-month family food tour. Atlanta, the capital of the Peach State, fell short in Lee’s opinion, with the food critic stating that the restaurants he visited made it ‘hard to get food.’

Lee’s visit to Atlanta sparked anticipation within the local foodie community, with many influencers and restaurants offering suggestions for him to explore. Despite recommendations and his own discoveries, Lee encountered challenges at various eateries, including The Atlanta Breakfast Club and The Real Milk and Honey.

At The Atlanta Breakfast Club, Lee was taken aback by the restaurant’s unique rules, and his experience at The Real Milk and Honey was marred by difficulties in placing a to-go order, as the restaurant required orders to be made through DoorDash, which was not available at the time.

Lee’s unfavorable experience in Atlanta has sparked discussions within the culinary community, prompting reflection on the city’s dining landscape and the challenges faced by both visitors and locals when it comes to accessing quality food.
