Perry County under a flood advisory Saturday evening
On Saturday at 5:44 p.m., a flood advisory was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until 7:15 p.m. for Perry County.
The weather service describes, “Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.”
“Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas,” describes the weather service. “Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.”
