Final Fantasy 14’s Yo-kai Watch event, titled “Gather One, Gather All!” has made a return from April 24 and will continue until the launch of the Dawntrail expansion on June 28. During this period, players can indulge in acquiring campy-looking weapon glamour and adorable minions by participating in the event. Even free trial users are welcome to join in the Yo-kai Watch event, provided they have access to at least one Stormblood area.
If you are currently working on obtaining your A Realm Reborn Zodiac relic weapon or Shadowbringers relic weapon, this event offers a great opportunity to progress simultaneously. By engaging in numerous FATEs required for both objectives, players can efficiently tackle multiple tasks at once. However, it is important to note that the event does not feature Sage or Reaper weapons; only weapons for jobs released up until Shadowbringers are available. The newest addition to the rewards in this event is the framer’s kit.
For those looking to complete the FFXIV Yo-kai Watch event and efficiently farm FATEs, we have provided a comprehensive guide along with a visual gallery showcasing all the rewards.
How to Participate in the Yo-kai Watch Event
Here are the steps to successfully participate in the Yo-kai Watch event and acquire the desired minions and weapon glamour:
- Ensure that you have unlocked the Gold Saucer.
- Speak with the Poor-heeled Youth NPC located in Ul’dah (9.2, 9.1) to unlock the Yo-kai Watch.
- Equip your Yo-kai Watch.
- Engage in FATEs across La Noscea, the Black Shroud, Thanalan, or any of the Heavensward and Stormblood regions while wearing the watch to earn Yo-kai Medals. It is essential to achieve at least a gold or silver rating in the FATE.
- Exchange the Yo-kai Medals with the wandering executive at the Gold Saucer to obtain specific Yo-kai minions. The first minion will cost one medal, with subsequent minions priced at three medals each.
- Equip the acquired minion and venture to the designated area to complete FATEs and earn Legendary Yo-kai Medals. Once again, achieving a gold or silver rating in the FATE is necessary to acquire medals.
- Trade these Legendary Yo-kai Medals at the Gold Saucer to receive the coveted rewards.
By following these steps, players can efficiently navigate through the Yo-kai Watch event in Final Fantasy 14 and secure the desired rewards. Whether it’s enhancing your weapon glamour collection or adding adorable minions to your arsenal, this event offers a delightful experience for participants.
