Epic Games Store Offers Deus Ex: Mankind Divided for Free

The Epic Games Store is currently offering a fantastic deal for gamers, with the 2016 sci-fi action RPG, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, available for free. Developed by Eidos-Montréal, this first-person stealth shooter is up for grabs at no cost until March 21. Additionally, the surreal puzzle-platformer, The Bridge, is also available for free during this time.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided serves as a sequel to the 2011 title, Human Revolution, and puts players in the cybernetic shoes of super-hacker Adam Jensen. The game’s storyline revolves around exposing the Illuminati, a powerful corporation manipulating events from behind the scenes. Combining elements of first-person shooting, stealth, and role-playing, the game has garnered praise from critics and fans, earning the title of an excellent immersive sim.

According to Kotaku’s review, despite some shortcomings, Mankind Divided stands as a worthy sequel to Human Revolution, solidifying the immersive sim genre’s resurgence in the gaming industry. The game’s mechanics create an intricate and engaging experience, making it a compelling choice for players.

Following the free offer for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and The Bridge, the Epic Games Store will introduce Expansive Worlds’ open-world fishing sim, Call of the Wild: The Angler, and Terrible Posture Games’ action-adventure visual novel, Invincible Presents: Atom Eve, available from March 21-28.
