Eminem Releases ‘Doomsday Pt.2’ Taking Aim at Benzino

Eminem is back with a vengeance as he takes aim at Benzino in his latest track, ‘Doomsday Pt.2’. Released on January 26 as part of the Lyrical Lemonade compilation album ‘All Is Yellow’, the track sees Eminem delivering scathing blows to his long-time adversary.

Speculations suggest that the track was originally recorded for Juice WRLD’s posthumous joint with Cordae, ‘Doomsday’, as it features Eminem rapping over his classic ‘Role Model’ beat. However, the verse didn’t make the final cut and has now been released as a standalone track.

Despite its brief duration of slightly over a minute and lack of a chorus, ‘Doomsday Pt.2’ packs a powerful punch. Eminem uses the opportunity to mock Benzino’s appearance, ridicule his financial situation, and even bring Benzino’s daughter into the conversation. The track is a ruthless takedown of his adversary, leaving no stone unturned.

What sets this track apart is Eminem’s deliberate and measured delivery, dispelling the notion that he can only rap fast. Each word and punchline is carefully crafted, hitting the mark with precision.

Furthermore, Eminem takes a moment at the end of the track to acknowledge Cole Bennett for putting the release together, express his respect for J.Cole, and show gratitude to Aftermath, the label he has been associated with for nearly 25 years.
