Dodge Unveils Fully-Electric 670 Horsepower Charger

This just in: Dodge has unveiled its fully-electric 670 horsepower Charger, a radical new addition to the iconic US muscle car lineup. In a surprising twist, the company has also announced a straight-six version of the Charger, offering a diverse range of options for enthusiasts.

The new electric Charger is making waves with its impressive performance and striking design. With a range-topping 670bhp and 627lb ft of torque, the electric Daytona Scat Pack variant can accelerate from 0-60mph in just 3.3 seconds and complete the quarter mile in 11.5 seconds. The second electric Charger, bearing an R/T badge, offers 496bhp and 404lb ft, achieving a 0-60mph time of 4.7 seconds. Both models boast top speeds of 134mph and 137mph respectively, showcasing their remarkable capabilities.

These electric Chargers mark a significant milestone as the first vehicles to utilize Stellantis’s ‘STLA Large’ platform, designed to accommodate extreme power in an electric vehicle. Equipped with all-wheel-drive and 250kW electric drive modules, the Chargers deliver exceptional performance and efficiency. The innovative design features front and rear drive modules, each housing essential components for optimal functionality.
