However, this protective effect diminishes with increased alcohol consumption, suggesting that moderation is key.

On the other hand, the research highlighted that certain beverages, particularly tea and coffee, may be linked to a higher risk of developing rheumatoid arthritis. While these drinks are often praised for their health benefits, the findings suggest that excessive consumption could have adverse effects, particularly concerning joint health.
