Elden Ring is one of the most popular titles developed by FromSoftware; the title released in 2002 and received great acclaim from fans and reviewers even bagging the prestigious GotY at The Game Awards 2022.
The title is confirmed to be receiving an expansion titled: Shadow of Erdtree that has been announced but no official release date has been revealed.
In an official guide for the title by FuturePress an interview with Miyazaki san has signalled towards a Sequel that may be happening!
Elden Ring is one of the most loved and celebrated titles from 2022. The title was developed by FromSoftware and Published Globally by Bandai Namco. The title took the Souls-Borne formula created and perfected by FromSoftware and applied it to an open-world title. The title was also vastly different from other titles released by FromSoftware.
It had various approaches one could take, various means and strategies to gain success, and other elements to make the game more accessible to players. Elements like the Torrent (the player’s mount), which could be used to flee a losing fight, are one of them. Now, as the launch of the expansion for the title Shadow Of Erdtree is imminent, there are rumors of a sequel.

Elden Ring is a title with a very in-depth and rich lore and for fans to understand it and other details relevant to the backdrop of the title and its premise, there were books published by the creators. These are called “Books of Knowledge”.
Besides providing enough information about the game’s lore and details about the game’s narrative, the books also serve as a strategy guide. The second book in the collection is titled: “Shards of the Shattering” and serves as a handbook for the player helping them to understand the various creatures in the game’s world. It also mentions how players can arm themselves to stay one step ahead and traverse the game’s world without feeling threatened.
