Dairy Queen Canada is bringing back some classic Blizzard flavours, stirring up waves of nostalgia with the launch of The DQ Freezer. The aim is to relive iconic tastes from the past and offer a sweet taste of the future. The DQ Freezer contains past Blizzard Treat flavours that were a hit among soft-serve lovers, with plans to bring back a whole bunch of flavours, including ones from ages ago and more recent fan-requested returns.
The launch has come with two flavours for now: the Brownie Batter Blizzard Treat and the ROLO® Blizzard® Treat. The Brownie Batter Blizzard Treat, making a comeback for its 20th anniversary, contains brownie batter and brownie dough blended with DQ’s world-famous vanilla soft serve. On the other hand, the ROLO® Blizzard® Treat includes mini ROLO® pieces and caramel topping blended with DQ’s world-famous vanilla soft serve.
With over 170 different Blizzard Treat flavours released in its history, Dairy Queen’s initiative to introduce The DQ Freezer is an exciting development for fans. However, the DQ Freezer will only be open for a limited time, so fans are encouraged to seize the opportunity to indulge in these nostalgic treats before they melt away fast. Some of the signature Blizzard Treat flavours include Mint Oreo Blizzard, Choco Brownie Extreme Blizzard, and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blizzard.
