Collision 2024: Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Melee Event Recap

This weekend, the gaming community witnessed the Collision 2024 event in New Jersey, U.S.A. The event attracted notable players from the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Super Smash Bros. Melee scenes, along with an exclusive pre-release tournament for Rivals of Aether 2.

The main event, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, saw a massive turnout with over 700 participants, while Super Smash Bros. Melee fell just short of 500 players. Additionally, the pre-release version of Rivals of Aether 2 featured a tournament bracket with approximately 80 players.

Notable players who participated in the event included LG|Tweek, FaZe|Sparg0, Cody Schwab, Zain, Zomba, Moist|Light, LG|MkLeo, Liquid|Hungrybox, C9|Mango, FLY|Jmook, Moist|Moky, Shadic, Liquid|Dabuz, Liquid|Riddles, LG|Maister, MuteAce, DDee, Moist|Kola, Nouns|Aklo, lloD, and many more.

Furthermore, the event included Doubles events for both Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Super Smash Bros. Melee, as well as a Squad Strike bracket for the former and a Giant Melee bracket for the latter. Streaming of the event was available on Collision Series TV, House of 3000, and Collision Series TV 2.
