Childish Gambino Re-Releases 3.15.20 Album as ‘Atavista’

Childish Gambino, also known as Donald Glover, has surprised fans by re-releasing his 2020 album ‘3.15.20’ as a new album titled ‘Atavista’. The album, which Glover describes as the ‘finished version’ of his previous release, features 11 tracks including the new song ‘Little Foot Big Foot’ with Young Nudy. The music video for this track, directed by Hiro Murai, showcases a black-and-white visual starring Quinta Brunson, Monyett Crump, Rob Bynes, and others.

Glover initially shared ‘3.15.20’ in 2020 on his website before taking it down. The album resurfaced on streaming platforms with new song titles and guest appearances by artists like Ariana Grande, Kadhja Bonet, 21 Savage, and Ink. ‘Atavista’ is essentially a polished version of the songs from ‘3.15.20’, with Glover hinting at a special vinyl release with visuals for each song and the promise of a new Childish Gambino album in the summer.

Since the release of ‘3.15.20’, Glover has been busy with various film and television projects. He wrapped up his acclaimed FX series ‘Atlanta’, executive-produced the Prime Video series ‘Swarm’, released a remake of ‘Mr. & Mrs. Smith’ with Maya Erskine, and is set to develop a Lando Calrissian feature film.

Excitement surrounds the return of Childish Gambino with the re-release of ‘Atavista’, offering fans a revamped version of his 2020 album. Stay tuned for more updates on Glover’s upcoming projects and music releases.
