Billy Strings, the Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter, and musician, is set to release his first live album, ‘Billy Strings Live Vol. 1,’ on July 12 via Reprise Records. The tracklist for the album will remain a mystery until the release date, adding to the anticipation for fans who can participate in a ‘Guess The Tracklist’ contest starting July 1, with a chance to win prizes, including ‘Free Tickets For Life.’
Strings will be hitting the road this fall with a series of tour dates, including stops at Clarkston, MI’s Pine Knob Music Theatre, Indianapolis’ Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Huntsville’s Orion Amphitheater, Baltimore’s CFG Bank Arena, Memphis’ FedExForum, and Austin’s Moody Center. Tickets for the fall tour will go on pre-sale on Wednesday, June 12, with general on-sale starting on Friday, June 14. Additionally, Strings will host his annual Renewal weekend in Buena Vista, CO on September 27 and 28, with tickets available for artist pre-sale starting on June 5.
Originally from Michigan and now based in Nashville, Strings is renowned for his captivating performances. His recent release, ‘Meet Me At The Creek > Pyramid Country > Must Be Seven > Meet Me At The Creek (Live at Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum, Winston-Salem, NC 3/4/23),’ is a 38-minute live performance that highlights the electrifying atmosphere of his concerts. This follows his collaboration ‘California Sober’ with Willie Nelson, which earned him a Grammy nomination. Strings’ latest full-length album, ‘Me/And/Dad,’ a project in partnership with Reprise Records, features him alongside his father, Terry Barber, and was nominated for Best Bluegrass Album at the recent Grammy Awards.
