BenQ has introduced its latest W5800 home cinema projector in India, targeting consumers seeking a premium viewing experience. Priced at Rs 6,50,000, the projector boasts 4K UHD resolution support, a 1.6x optical motorized zoom, high contrast, and a remarkable lifespan of up to 25,000 hours. The company aims to make the cinematic experience accessible to customers’ living rooms through this new offering.

The BenQ W5800 is designed to elevate home entertainment with its 4K UHD clarity and vivid colors, powered by a Blue Core Laser light source that ensures a lifespan of up to 25,000 hours. With 2600 ANSI Lumens brightness, the projector delivers vibrant images and achieves 1700 ANSI Lumens brightness in 100% DCI-P3 in Cinema Mode, setting a new standard for image quality. Its All-Glass Lens system reduces color difference, ensuring a clear 4K image display. The W5800 also offers balanced visuals in dark and bright scenes, featuring a ‘Filmmakers’ mode for an authentic viewing experience.

Furthermore, the BenQ W5800 provides easy installation with tools like a 1.6x motorized zoom lens, 2D lens shift, and Corner Fit. It supports ARC/eARC for seamless audio connectivity and is compatible with external Anamorphic lenses for a true widescreen experience.
